Buying another copy of New Leaf

Am I crazy for doing this? I love the game and would love to have another town I can play on at times. I just feel like it seems a little crazy, but is it?

Most people buy some for cycling towns.
I'm thinking of buying another copy for cycling, but currently I am not sure.

I say yes! I have two towns and I kind of want a third now.. >_>
I play my second town more one since the first is mostly complete but I always check in and am happy it's there.
If you want to take a break from the first town remember to save on a day you tell a villager to not move.
That way you don't have to check back until your ready and not worry about anyone moving until you start up again.
I didn't check my first town for 3 weeks and no one moved. ^_^

I just recently bought my 2nd copy and absolutely love it. I mainly wanted to recruit more dreamies but didn't have the heart to get rid of anyone in my first town. The 2nd town is not taking much time to manage at the moment as I'm still working on cycling some villagers.

Yeah ive definitely played 100x more on Parfait my 2nd town than my 1st, these last few weeks
I do think eventually it will balance out though, and i do still check into Azalea each day

And if you're so set on it, then you need to buy a used copy. $40 for a new copy is not worth it at all.

I agree, I have myself a second town (actually, it belongs to my little sis') and sometimes, I work on it because my town soledad is completed but it takes a lot of times and work but still love it.
