I have two copies of the game and I don't regret it one bit! I agree with Illyana -- sometimes I even catch myself wanting a third copy, haha! But I'll resist that urge for as long as humanly possible.
what's the point to having a second copy besides cycling? :?
If you have access to two 3DS consoles, you can travel between your towns which means:
- taking advantage of turnip spikes
- taking advantage of Perfect fruit premiums (especially if you have two different native fruits)
- extra storage
- Weeding Day becomes a lot easier (because you can time travel to get heaps of weeds and then play Weeding Day with two different mayors to get the maximum amount of furniture)
Even if you don't have access to a second console, you get:
- a chance to play the game over again (without restarting your first town)
- more houses to decorate
- more town to landscape
- more villagers
I think that mostly covers it, but others will surely have more reasons!
