Buying Bushes, trees, clovers!

I wish to decorate areas of my town with clovers, bushes, and saplings. I am looking for:

Cedar saplings - 10k each
Holly Bushes - 20k each
Clovers - 40k each

I will accept any amount of things, given I have enough funds. (I have 1-3 mil bells atm)
