Bushes Glitch? [Update: most likely fake!]

Has anyone encountered this or have friends that have seen this???

It would be horrible!!! I almost had three types of bushes in my inventory as I bought some from a friend's island this morning. phew...

Don't worry about it! There were two "bugs" going around related to bushes and both are probably fake, as theyve been tested and debunked.
Just people trying to scare you. Most of the time if i see an announcement like that of a screenshot of a discord message i ignore it because 99% of the time theyre so, so fake

are you sure it's true? i've had almost all of them in my pocket at once after shopping on other islands and my game is fine

They have been proven fake by forum members yesterday if I remember correctly along with some twitter users so don't worry about it; just bored users seeking attention with fake glitches.

They were hoaxes trying to make the community panic, we had a couple users on these forums test them out. You got nothing to worry about. Even I've been wandering around with a ton of bushes in my inventory. Pretty sure my game hasn't imploded.
