Buying Bushes and Cedar saplings

Ok, I'm in the process of revamping my town and would like to buy the following:

5 cedar saplings
6 Holly shoots
10 Pink Hydrangea shoots
15 Blue Hydrangea shoots

paying 8k per bush shoot and 10k for each cedar sapling

Trades to take place in my town in front of the train station.
