Burying items ~ THEN FINDING THEM

So i um well buried the last peice of my sweets set like i think 10 months ago and forgor about it. I left it in like the corner of my town.

Well i dug it up today after laying some new flowers, only to discover the sweets player! It made my day because i thought i sold it or something xD im not sure why I buried it in the first place though.

Have you ever buried something to find later on?

Haha i think i buried my fishing rod one time because i was out of inventory space and i had bought another one because i couldn't find it anywhere and Muffy wanted a dab

Actually, in WW once, my sister visited my town and buried a fossil right behind one of the buildings. She didn't tell me where it was at the time until I found it ages later! XD

This is cute actually haha. It has never happened to me but it sounds a lot like the time capsules your villagers ask for.

Oh this reminded me of something I used to do back in wild world. So my brother and I used to make up random games. One we did was we'd gather say 10 shells and bury them anywhere in the other persons town then the other person had to try and find them in a certain amount of time. One time when we were playing we had to stop mid-game and he hadn't dug up one yet. We claimed we'd find it tomorrow but we totally forget then like a month later I dug up a random shell behind Nook's store.
