Built new town, looking for a perfect apple..

I just started my town over and my perfect apple was immediately destroyed by a new neighbor moving in. Not having perfect fruit was a key reason I rebuilt my town in the first place, so please help! If your native fruit is apples, and you have a single one to spare, I would greatly appreciate it to get my town started. I could also use fertilizer to try growing my own perfect. Anything would help. Thanks!
