Building a Winter Themed Town

So, a week or two ago, I restarted my ACNL town, and I'm now going for a town with a winter theme! I've been trying to decide on villagers, PWPs, etc. and I was wondering if any of you have any suggestions?

Penguin villagers might suit your town well and you can take Flurry too since she reminds me of snowball

Fairy tale pwp seems to fit the winter theme as well, I guess.. and for bushes, the holly might do well

Also I once go to someone DA (he/she is in this forum also but I forgot the username, damn my memory) and he/she got a four seasons themed town. In the winter section, he use this snow-like path so that the section looks like it covered in snow. I think it's a great idea and gave out the winter feeling.

- deer, penguin, or bear/cub villagers; also idk if he's your cup of tea but I think Hans would be perfect for a Christmas town!
- lots of cedar trees, holly; for fruit trees I think apples, oranges and pears would be fitting?
- for PWP's: illuminated arch and tree, bell, fire pit, some street lamps for that nice glowy effect at night, maybe topiaries?
- you can make a cozy little cabin house, or a workshop
- red and white flowers, especially roses and pansies. Maybe some gold roses too

Sorry if any of this is obvious I'm just trying to list off ideas :^)

As far as villagers, Tutu would be good. She's a polar bear and adorable.

Actually just to clarify a bit, this is less of a holiday town, and more of a winter night/aurora type theme! I though peaches would be fitting so I have those. I was very lucky to start off with Hans, and also Francine who seems pretty wintery to me. Thank you so much everyone for all the suggestions! As far as villagers go, Tutu, Skye, Flurry, Julian, and some others seem great! I've got a couple popular villagers who don't quite fit the theme that I'll be auctioning off eventually (Rosie and Wolfgang), so I'll see where i end up when that's all over

Erik is a good choice! he is a reindeer! lol are you gonna keep it winter themed in summer?
You can do a lot with this though, I like the idea

Eagle - Apollo - Seems like a good fit.
Elephant - Tucker - Wollymammoth - Ice Age
Gorilla - Hans - Enough Said
Hamster - Flurry - Enough Said 2
Lion - Lionel - Seems like a good fit
Mouse - Dora - White Mouse
Monkey - Monti or Shari - I'm sure one of these monkeys are based off a species that likes the cold..
Ostrich - Blanche - Also looks like a good fit
Penguin - Aurora - She is very well needed and perfect match to this theme.
Penguin - Sprinkle - Very Winter Based
Tiger - Biance - White Tiger
Tifer - Rolf - White Tiger
Wolf - Any Basically

If I can get Whitney to move,and you would like her, you can take her! She'd be perfect, being a white wolf. She makes me think of an artic wolf, and I love her she's one of my favorite snooty villagers.
