Bug Spawning

Hello awesome forum!

Just a few questions about the spawning of bugs on Tortimer Island?

Firstly, is there a limit on how many bugs (or fish, for that matter) can be present on the island at any one time? Also, how long does it take and under what conditions do bugs de-spawn?
