I actually agreed to get them by accident... The game didn't load correctly. I saw blank speech bubbles, and I didn't know what to do besides press A.

I'm going to bed, since it's almost 5 AM. I'll post again when it's possible for me to visit someone's town so people won't waste time offering to let me visit when I'm asleep.

Never mind. This isn't worth the wait, seeing as I haven't played Animal Crossing since January because I kept putting off getting this taken care of.
