Bruce the cranky deer is moving from my sister's town on the 17th
She has had him for a while now, so he is not completely original.
Also, she does not time travel in her town, so you will not be able to pick him up until the 17th!
No specific end time decided yet

Starting Bid: 1 mil
Minimum Increase: 500K
Buyout: 15 mil (subject to change)
Keep in mind that even if you buyout, you will still have to pick Bruce up on the 17th

You must follow these rules when visiting her town to pick up Bruce:
* Do NOT run! * Do NOT pick ANYTHING up! * FOLLOW her DIRECTLY to Bruce's house *
Do NOT wander out of her sight * Do NOT talk to any villagers except for Bruce * Drop the payment IN FULL
before speaking to Bruce, unless she says otherwise during your visit *

If you fail to abide by these simple rules she will not hesitate to flick her wifi switch
Frequent quick saves will occur unless you state otherwise (I would allow the quick saves)
