Reservations:
Reservations for any villager is 50 tbt
Tier 4 and 5 are free of charge.
*This guarantees you are able adopt them once he/she is in boxes,
I will give you 24 hours of holding.
*If after 24 hours I get no response from you or you don't ask and pay for additional time, you won't receive your reservation back, and the villager will be put back up for adoption or voided.

Starting Adoption Prices:
Tier 1: 200 - 300tbt
Tier 2: 100 - 150tbt
Tier 3: 50 - 75tbt
Tier 4: 25 - 50tbt
Tier 5: Free

** These are price ranges, how much they are will usually depend how high up they are in their Tier.
** If a villager has not been reserved once in boxes, you may post your offers for them and approximately an hour and a half later, highest offer will adopt the villager.

Extra fees:
* If you:
Don't have enough room & or don't have enough time to collect the villager within 24 hrs, you can send in an additional 25 tbt for each extra day you need.
*Max days I can hold is 2 days ~ after, the villager will be voided/or up for adoption again.

* If a Tier 1 or 2 villager has not been reserved and is in boxes, they will be auctioned off in a separate thread.
* Payment should be either sent immediately, or once you've come to my town and seen said villager in boxes. Do NOT leave without paying.
* We're only accepting TBT atm, please no IGB offers!
* Once in our town, wait for me to greet you and lead you to the villager.

* Lurking is allowed, but please limit yourself to one villager.
* If the villager you are lurking shows up in my town, I'll PM you a 2-hour heads up to reserve them before posting them in the thread.
