Bridge help

Ok I'm looking for some bridge experts to give me their input.
Do you think Isabelle would let me move this bridge over to the corner where my Mayor is? Or is that little bend too small for a bridge?

It should be okay. I've put a bridge on a bend of similar size and Isabelle gave me no problems. Just make sure there's nothing on the other side of the bridge.

I don't see why it wouldn't, however. As poster said above, I've done it previously in another town, and got no problems from her.

Great! Thanks guys. I was worried that that little bend would be too narrow for a bridge, and didn't want to go to the expense of rebuilding it if it wouldn't work. I've never had a diagonal bridge before so this is new to me.

No, a bridge would not fit there. There are three river bend shapes, of which two will fit a bridge. You have all three, but this one doesn't fit the bridge. The other two kinds are your upper left bend and the one to the right of it (they are around your caf?).
It might work (the bend isn't too clear and could be like the one to theleft of the caf?), but it probably won't.

Isabelle is pretty picky about placing public works projects, but it seems to be ok.

Barbara is right, the bridge won't fit on that spot. Looks like I'm not meant to have a diagonal bridge after all.
Yes, it had to be that spot because it's the closest to the beach, moving over further toward the cafe makes no sense. So it looks like I'll be putting it right back where it was. :\
