Brewster Doesn't Need Help???!!!!!!

Is it because it's October? I had this problem last year. Anyone else having this problem?

It's either before 12pm (I never was able to work before then) or a special event is going on :3

I found this on another forum, maybe it will be of help:

"I am having the same issue with working for Brewster but from a few things I have read it seems that since Jack comes into town from October 1st -7th, this is considered an event time period so Brewster will not allow work. Sounds legit to me so we'll have to see if we can work after the 7th."
