Why is it that the animal villagers can sit at Brewster's shop ALL day, nursing their coffees, shooting the breeze and taking up precious counter space, but we humans have to guzzle boiling hot coffee and MOVE ON? Lol, if it weren't for us, he wouldn't even have a coffee shop in our town. Plus, we have to work for him too? Jeez....

I think he's views mayors as that annoying new worker that always hangs around and messes things up, I mean he doesn't even pay you in bells when you work for him he pays you in coffee beans that you can't do anything with but sell. Well atleast the sublime coffee beans can be sold at retail for 9,000 bells! The villager shopping at retail
will ask for your opinion and if you insist, he/she will buy it for 9,000! Not bad haha

Why did I think of Undertale when I saw this title
Well, he does give you a part time job there, which he likely hasn't offered anyone else, especially to someone who's only been a customer for 7 days, and also doesn't have any previous experience working in any sort of food industry. He also doesn't ask for any forms to be filled out or anything that is required to get a job in the real world.
So I suppose Brewster is a nice guy for letting you work there just because you're a regular. Although it is kind of irresponsible to just hire someone solely based on how often they visit your business.
