Breeding blue roses

A three year old guide for breeding blue roses showed up randomly. Apparently there are five different ways to breed them.

If I do breed for this, should I not use the random black roses that have shown up before?

Blue roses are my favourite, Im of the understanding two Reds make a Black, and two Blacks make a Gold, then 2 Golds watered with a Gold Can breeds another Gold?

I've never actually known how to breed Blue roses so thanks for the Video

I bred 2 red rose hybrids to make my blue roses. Then just bred blue with blue to make tons more blue!

Unfortunately, gold roses only spawn from black. Gold roses don't produce more gold

gold roses only spawn off of black roses watered with the golden can. gold roses can't spawn further golds or breed with themselves

How do u know when you have two hybrid roses?

you just have to keep track.

there is zero in-game indicator between a red and a hybrid red

Years ago, I tried breeding for blue roses myself, but it just didn't work out. I asked for help here and I now have some blue roses near my player house. When 3.0 arrives and we can store flowers, I plan to store one of two of my flowers so I can help anyone who might need these rarer flowers.
