will probably go on from here and update these as i acquire stuff / after i start rebuilding my town. these are all just one full set each and there are notes on which items have spares and all the other stuff like wallpaper and flooring. as for the items listed below the sets, the numbers before each one mean how many of them i currently have, you can just ask about prices or offer for those!

sets go for the listed price regardless of how many extras there are. i'd prefer not to trade one item each, but eh. it's whatever. there's an order form below, in case we can't trade right away and so it's easier for me to keep track of stuff. but i'm p chill about that too so o/
