Brawl disc messed up

So i was playing brawl by myself and then a message says that disc cannot be read, so i just thought it was just another basic error. So anyways i clean it ect and then it still comes.

What is the matter with my disc and how can i clean it?

Your CD is scratched, just return it and get a new one :C
or go to your local play-n-trade and just get it cleaned

My Wii began getting those disc errors and gradually my Wii stopped playing Brawl.
Got a new disc but no dice.

Brawl discs are dual layered(Double layered) so its hard for the Wii to cope with the game because its so big.
The same with Metroid Prime Trilogy.
