Rules (MUST READ)
1. Running in my town will not be tolerated, if I catch you running I will not hesitate to flip my wireless switch, sorry but many have abused my kindness and laid back attitude in the past.
2. Please don't take flowers, clovers, and/or pick weeds.
3. Please be polite, if you are rude to me I will not give you a villager and instead pass said villager on to someone else.
Details
1. LURKING IS ALLOWED for up to 3 villagers. Lurkers will be notified when their villagers are in boxes.
2. I will work with anyone for their dream villager, if you do not have enough currency (TBT or IGB) let me know and make an offer. I will likely except.
3. Reserving is only available for villagers already in my town. Reservees will be given 24 hours to reply to me once I have contacted them, and an additional 48 hours to pick up their villager before they will be up for grabs for everyone!

These prices are not set in stone and I'm willing to negotiate, the first TBT pricing is minimum and the second is buyout! Tier 1 and 2 villagers will be auctioned off to the highest bidder if not reserved.
I offer IGB pricing but TBT offers are priority.
Reserving a villager is 10 TBT!
Tier One❥150-200 TBT or 10 million IGB
Tier Two❥100-150 TBT or 5 million IGB
Tier Three❥50-100 TBT or 1 million IGB
Tier Four❥25-50 TBT or 500k IGB (autovoided unless lurked or reserved)
Tier Five❥FREE (Will be given 30 minutes or else voided)

Don't fret I'm not too picky about pricing, read my rules and such. Skye isn't even in boxes yet so I'll just add you to the lurk list for you and you can see if you can sum up the bells. If not, just make some sort of offer and I'll probably accept!

The second price is buyout and if nobody had reserved Skye I would put her up for auction, as soon as you send the TBT she is yours! You can pay 10 TBT now and 200 TBT later or all of it now
