legs look 2 long on that chib (assuming those pink circles are the knees?) that skirt looks funky too.
are you scanning stuff or taking pics? try adjusting the brightness/contrast to make it look nicer.

I think the proportion looks fine for a chibi, but the knees can be a little higher up because right now her thighs are twice as long as her legs. Perhaps you can work a bit more on the shading to give her a bit more dimension?

ahh yeah i just noticed that now >.< but i dont really want to shade it bc i want it to have a sticker sort of style? if that makes sense. thank u for critique tho c;
