Blue Update Dot Today?

There was a blue update dot on my AC today, and as far as I can tell, there was nothing noticeable in-game, and I can't find what the update was. XD No letter from Pete, no person out of the ordinary in my showcase, anybody know what the blue update notification was today?

I had the same thing! I had no clue what that darn blue dot was for if nothing interesting was happening in-game.

I didn't have anyone out of the ordinary in my HHS, I'll check my Dream Suite though.

EDIT: Nope, not my dream town. People visiting my Dream Town: 0. XD

EDIT #2: It was Bill from Cascadia, I had to exit the game for him to show up in my HHS.
