Blue Spotpass light showed up?

I been getting it a lot lately too, each time i go to play Miitopia (which I'm playing like crazy right now). A blue will appear next to Animal Crossing New Leaf.

There's like no way that people are visiting my towns that much!

Ok the blue light showed up on my
Town that has never had a Dream
Address. Now that is strange ...

Before the update it was someone visiting your dream town or a gift at the post office. Now it just turns on all the time.
I've checked the dream suite and it's a zero. Not sure why Nintendo keeps putting the blue light on ACNL all the time.

The blue light was on the Eshop this morning. Not sure why.
