Hello! I've been having a lot of trouble trying to get Blathers to suggest the Museum Shop as a potential PWP. I don't care much about the Shop itself, but it is a requirement for The Roost, which I'd like to have in my town. The guide I read said that you have to have at least 50 items donated to the Museum (I do), and that you have to have at least 1 item in each category (I do). It's been well over a month since I did so and he refuses to suggest it. Am I doing anything wrong! Thanks for the help!

Try talking to him for 14 days. I say 14 just to be sure. I think to get the first thing was 7 days and 20 items, then the second thing was 50 items donated and talking to him for 14 days. You don't even need to donate anything.

On the wiki it says this "The Museum Renovation is a Main Street upgrade and costs 198,000 Bells. It is requested by Blathers once the player has spoken to him on 14 different days and donated at least 20 items, with at least one item in each of the four exhibit categories (fish, insects, fossils, and art)."
