Would you like to meet him? If you'd like to come visit my town(s) and take a peek at him, that would be fine with me. No talking unfortunately due to the villagers' tendency to bring up past visitors, but we can tail him for a bit if you'd like. Let me know.
He's not currently moving, though he will be available for adoption once I get the ping. I plan to hold a raffle for him once that happens so it's fair for everyone.
I always announce the mover directly after I get pinged, so feel free to lurk the thread so you'll be on top of things when he is moving.
Can I be entered in this raffle for Marshal?
I don't hold the raffles until the villager is moving, but you're welcome to lurk so you're able to join as soon as one of the Marshals has pinged me. ^_^

Not yet, no. The title of this thread will always be changed to reflect what's currently taking place in terms of the cycle. If someone's moving and/or there's a raffle taking place, the text in the brackets would be changed to [MOVING - xxxxx] RAFFLE
If it only states the villager who most recently moved in, that means there's no current mover.
As soon as I get the ping from one of the Marshals, the raffle will begin. I just don't have a way of predicting when that'll happen. ^_^

I was originally undecided as to whether or not I'd let him go when the time came, but I figured it was a good idea since it's been a few days since my last adoption. He's one of my all-time favorite crankies, so I'm hoping someone will give him a great home.
