I wouldn't call any particular game the best Wii game...but I can say what I believe are the best games of different genres.

Platforming: Super Mario Galaxy 2 (3D), New Super Mario Bros. Wii (2D)
Fighting: Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Racing: Mario Kart Wii
Shooter: Metroid Prime Trilogy
Simulation: Animal Crossing: City Folk
RPG: Super Paper Mario
Sports: Wii Sports Resort
Party: WarioWare: Smooth Moves
Action-Adventure: The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

hmm there is quite a few up that are way up there near the top if I had to pick a few though i'd say Super Mario Galaxy2 or Resident evil darkside chronicles or last but not least twilight princess my very first wii game and one of my still all time favs.

also, spectrobes for wii is hella fun if you're playing co-op with a friend or something. childish, but hella fun.
