Best way to make bells?

I feel like everyone has an unlimited amount of bells. I have been playing ac since the game cube days but I have never been crazy rich in bells. What are the best ways to get a lot of bells?

It's really easy to get bells in this game because of the island. You can catch beetles and sharks there to get tons of bells, or you can sell turnips.

yea going on the island, if that gets tedious try posting a lot on here and trade with ppl ur tbt

Yeah the trading tbt thing is easier, you can sell 100tbt for 20mil
It's how I got most of my in game bells

Go on the island. Get a bunch of money. Buy turnips from Joan on Sunday. Sell turnips. You can also go to others' towns to sell turnips if they have high prices.

The island is the best way to do it. Other than that, a lot of the time if you meet someone online they'll just give you a bunch of bells on a whim. I've gotten 10m from a stranger I met online once.

Honestly tbt trades for igb on here are best but if you're against that, go to the island. I just did today because I wanted to hang out in a sunny place. It's cold I'll and snowy in my town. But yeah I have like 35 mil bells now and it makes doing things easier and more fun for how I play.

Turnip trading if you can go online with other people and find towns with really high buying prices; if you're on your own then the island for sure. I landscaped my island so I can shoot straight down to the beach from the top then creep up around the sides catching the big ticket beetles on coconut palms. You can build up bells pretty quickly by bug hunting in the evenings that way.

Ebay! I haven't tried it personally but people sell like 100 mil for $1.50 It's crazy ik

I usually make at least a million spending some time at night on the Island. Catching the most valuable bugs (especially Golden Stags) and sharks. Fill your Island inventory completely with those bugs and sell everything. With one run I usually get 400.000+ bells
