Best way to get a villager to wear an specific outfit?

Hi! So, as the tittle says, what?s the best way to get a villager to wear an outfit that I want? I recently bought Ankhan from this forum, it was almost original except for the shirt she wears, so I?m trying to get her to wear the Mummy shirt, is it even possible to do this? I would really appreciate any help that you guys can give

P.S Does Ankha wears a Mummy shirt or an Egyptian outfit, the wiki says that is the second, but on other forums it say?s otherwise :/

I read somewhere that sending multiple letters, with multiple shirts attached increases the chance that a villager would wear that shirt. Putting the word 'friend' in the letter helps too, I think

Yeah, Ankha did that, at this point I?m just waiting her to buy the mummy shirt again.

You should send her 5 of the same shirt to guarantee that she will wear it. The number is exactly 5, just a quick heads up.
