Best way of obtaining the Sanrio cards in Canada?

Please forgive me if this is the wrong category for a thread like this, moderators feel free to move it. (Id be very thankful <3 )

I was just wondering, seeing as so far they are only available in Japan and soon the UK, what the best way of obtaining the Sanrio cards over here would be? Does anyone have an inkling of an idea on whether or not they will come out in North America at all eventually? I'm assuming not, but I would love to get them as I'm sure a ton of you would also love to get them. Also, for most people I don't think 55 dollars for 6 cards is really worth it. (I'm assuming based on some things I read that this is about how much they are on ebay).

Wait for Europe and Australia to release them first, more stock, lesser price. The price is only really high right now because of demand and supply, it's not really worth it all ATM.

I'm sure they will eventually release them elsewhere. I do agree with the poster above, once they're actually released the hype will die a little but I don't think it'll ever totally go away. Too many people love HK and collectors of Sanrio merch will be after the cards too.
