Apples for sure, I love apples and love their perfect form. Sadly my town is oranges lol.

I can see how the perfect orange is what it is, again as MadisonCrossing said they are called Delicious Fruit in Japan. Their perfect form reminds me of dekopon, which has a little lump on top near the stem, which does looks delicious. It's not a tumor haha.

If I recall the dekopon is very sweet and enjoyable, its popular in Japan and was quite expensive many years ago.

I picked cherries because I think they are the cutest fruit. I quite like peaches too.

I know I'm probably in the minority here but I am not a huge fan of apples as a fruit, though I agree the perfect fruits in the game look pretty. I can only barely tolerate the taste of apple when it's raw and when it's cooked (such as in desserts), I find it absolutely disgusting. I know you don't actually eat the fruits in the game but I prefer my native fruit to be one I actually like.
