Best Time for Villager Activity?

What time is the town liveliest with villagers? By this I mean at what time in the day are most villagers out?
It would help me with setting up my cycling thread.

I always like to play around 1-4. They seem to be out and about.

I don't know if there is a time when villagers are most active. After 11:00 A.M. all of the villagers are awake, so if you play anytime in the early afternoon (in-game), then you should be fine. If a villager is going to move, (s)he will always be outside, so you don't have to worry about the villagers inside their houses or on Main Street moving out.

I would say at least after 11am to assure everyone is awake. Until the first villager goes to sleep. I'm not sure what type sleeps first maybe Jock or Normal?

agreeing with the whole between 11-4. after four they seem to be harder to find around town.

I think it might depend on the personality....for me it seems pretty random. Some days I'll go on in the morning and everybody will be out, the next morning there will only be like 2. Bit of a pain when I'm trying to get PWP's

What an interesting question! When I am cycling, I will go on in the am (approx 11 am) and hit up the am villagers (jocks, normals, peppies) and the next day I will go on in the afternoon (3 pm) to hit up the late risers (lazies, uchis, crankies). I find tha this way I can usually be assured I am going to have a better chance at catching everyone outside at some point.
