Best season/time for sharks?

When they made this ac I know they set it up for certain bugs and fish in different seasons. But I was wondering, do the amount of sharks decrease in winter? And when do you think the best season/time of day for them to be out is?

They come out in the summer (June-Sept.), and not at all in fall/winter/spring.
However, on the tropical island, it is summer year-round and they come all day there.

Sharks invade every night during the summer - easy, easy money. True, there are sharks at the island all year, but they never seem all that plentiful over there.

Thanks for the help. I was kind of confused since I was at my beach at night and for 10+ minutes I could not find any sharks.
