I also love Whitney a lot - we were best friends in my previous town - but Blanche is super underrated and very sweet. Do you have a theme to your town, though? I think a more well-rounded decision can be made based on the theme you're going for. (Sometimes.)

Bree. I feel like the mouse villagers are underrated. (However, I strongly dislike Rizzo, Bettina, Greta, and Moose) But ok, so I rarely see them and they are tier 4 or maybe even tier 5. Why? Bree is adorable, kind, tiny and just fun to have around. I really enjoy Bree.

I think Blanche looks pretty cute. I think Blaire lived in one of my Wild World towns, but I've never met any of the others.
