I wish you would've phrased the question differently since "the best" is purely subjective and is often times going to lead to arguments.

Molly, Fauna and poppy are my three favorite normals tho because of their cuteness and I love all three animals irl

I picked other and my vote is for Peaches.

I love Peaches, she moved in from my brother's town and lives right next to me. She is usually the first villager I see everyday and she's very kind and friendly, and she's pink. I may be biased though I really like her and will never let her leave.

My 2nd choice would be Alice, she was in my brother's town until he goofed and ruined his save file. I would talk to her every time I visited my brothers town and tease him by saying I was going to take her back to my town with me. I miss Alice
