I never noticed that. The one thing that bugged me the most about this movie (besides them escaping disaster by only seconds each and every time) is the fact that they completely ignored the ash cloud. A super volcano like the one that exploded in Yellowstone would bring ash ALL OVER THE WORLD. Not just America. That part just annoyed me to such a great extent.
