So today I've been doing a little Spring cleaning, and I recently reorganized my hybrids, but I'm not getting the results I wanted from them. (I get maybe one hybrid per 2 days, even when I water the flowers!) I currently have an (ineffective) checkerboard-style setup. Is there a better way to do this? Please let me know, thanks! :)

I mean, in my experience, the checkerboard-style setup is usually the most effective. Do you have Beautiful Ordinance on? How many flowers are in the hybrid plot/how many flowers are you watering per day? I've found that the smaller the plot, the better. It's not worth it to make a giant plot that spans half the town. Are you using fertilizer?

I do have the beautiful ordinance, it's so nice @_@. I have rather small hybrid plots, and I have a rotating schedule with watering. For example, on Mondays I only water lilies, Tuesdays are cosmos, etc. I don't use fertilizer, I have yet to get 1-2 more Gracie fashion checks finished so that I get T&T Emporium. I've also heard that Jacob's ladders increase chances of hybrids, is that true?

Checkerboard has been really successful for me in the past before I joined TBT and traded.
