Best Friends

Do people actually use the best friend feature? If so what is the number of 'best friends' you're allowed to have and how did you decide who to add to your list and such?

I use the feature, mainly with people I visit a lot or with actual friends I've made. It's useful planning little meet-ups or if you're holding villagers for a friend, have an item in the store they want, etc. I have a few people who I've added, but I can't remember who they are and I feel bad, but I end up removing them.

I don't know how many you can have.. But I pretty much just have people I know added. Although they don't play much anymore soooo..

I just wasn't sure if it was limited to two or three people. I saw a post that said something like 32 people... I don't even know 32 people that play animal crossing. I probably don't even know 32 people well enough to carry on a conversation longer than a minute. I just hate that none of my IRL friends are into animal crossing. That's basically the reason I frequent this site I guess.

I use the feature, though not many of my friends do. When we want to play we just talk via Skype or IRC. I've got like 8 people added.

I use it! I have two real life friends added and meant to add a few lovely people I met here but forgot how to before they left so I could not do it! T-T

You can only add 32 people on your Best Friend List i have seen it happen before.

I use it, but I only know one active person aside from my little sister who plays.
