Best Character + Best Kart/Bike?

I use Rosalina with the Shooting Star and the Flame Runner.
I sometimes use Peach with the Dayrunner and Toadette with the Jet Bubble.

I use either Peach with the Mach Bike or Rosalinda with the Standard Bike. I tried using the Shooting Star, but it didn't go so well.
