Someone (no names-if you see this sorry) wanted 700 Online Bells for 6 bush starts, but someone said they're worth a lot. Is that a lot of Online Bells for that? What are they truly worth?

well that seem like a lot of tbt for just 5 starts. i would sell them for maybe 50TBT each.
700 is nearly all of your TBT.

First off, just wanna say that we refer to "Online Bells" as BTB (Bell Tree Bells) or TBT (The Bell Tree...? Really doesn't make any sense but we just go with it.

6 bush starts are like 25-60 TBT total, 700 isn't even close to what you should be paying for, there's many other places where you can get it for a lot cheaper.
