First of all, move this if i put it in the wrong spot. :)

So yeah, saw this idea on the vast world of the internet, and thought we could use one! Also, my role is a as a writer (obviously).

I know we already have Bell Tree HQ and Bell Tree Direct, but my love of writing has taken over! The newsletter will be released every Saturday or Sunday, depending on when I get to publishing it.

Roles:
Writers
Editors
Artists* (*Maybe)
Ad designers (if requested)

Ads cost a small bit of tbt (to pay our staff) you can advertise whatever, any shop (ACNL, Pokemon, Collectibles, Art, etc.)

Ads still cost the same amount of tbt for staff, but hey, it's going to pay you lmao

Writers, editors and artists get paid the same amount, while ad designers get paid personally when hired by someone + a little bit of the paid tbt

Paid or volunteer work? Paid but like a very low amount, minimum wage lmao
Example? I have very good grammar, like I make no mistakes trust me. I can make the stories sound jucier with better vocabulary words. If I'm not good enough drag me to the recycling bin, but this is an awesome idea. lol

Well technically, there is a missing comma in your paragraph ;) " If I'm not good enough drag me to the recycling bin" becomes " If I'm not good enough, drag me to the recycling bin"

Lmao. Hired!!

oh welp but the comma in there is kinda optional right? It's used to separate a sentence into different pieces so it makes sense.
And yay I have a job lol

lol, I don't know if commas are really "optional". It depends on how you want your readers to perceive it, I suppose. :) I'll update the OP with your name :)

oh my! tbt's own keemstar! lmao

Example? Apparently, I require an example. Blasphemous, I must say. However, it is a requirement, and therefore, you may use what I have typed out for you as said example. If you find this to your liking, I would be happy to join.

Thank you, accepted. And I actually laughed way too hard at your "example"

Role?: I could go for either writer or editor, would you like me to choose one or could I alternate?
Paid or volunteer work?: I don't mind getting paid at all (I'd love to), but I won't require it.
Example?:
here's a prose excerpt from a one-shot i wrote on ao3:

“There is a world of differences, Clyde,” Craig sternly snapped, “between falling in love and being in love.”

His best friend was dumbfounded, yet the teenager remained patient. He sighed and shook his head, reaching forward and jabbing his finger deep down into his bland coffee. As he’d suspected, it clung to his thin finger, sliding across and dipping down into the beginning of a drop, but never actually falling. Craig used his other hand to grab Clyde’s wrist, and he wiped the lukewarm dollop against his best friend’s skin. “This is falling in love,” he told him while looking him straight in the eye. The drop was drippy and begun to slide and make a mess, but before it could travel too much further, Craig quickly swiped its entirety back on to his finger in one motion and stuck it into his mouth. Clyde went red, and he didn’t know why.

Craig noticed this. He felt his chest lurch again, like a parrot trapped in a canary cage. “And this,” he murmured as he grabbed his arm — the other one this time — and twisted it around until he found that dark freckle Clyde always hated, the one that was larger than the others and didn't fade in the winter time like the rest of them seemed to, the one that was possibly more of a birthmark than a freckle, though Clyde would never admit it, “is being in love.” Craig took his finger, licked it, and wiped it against the mark, hard, as if he was trying to scrub it off.

Clyde’s breath caught softly in his throat, and for a moment, they sat like that, their eyes boring into one another’s, as if the trance was caused more by the emptiness of the diner, the dark vacantness of night outside their booth window, and the contrast of the darkness to that of the bright, annoying florescent lights. Love was a stain, Craig was saying, and if anything in the world claimed to be more truth than that, in that instant, Clyde would outlive humanity arguing otherwise.

here's an academic sort of example, i didn't know which you meant!:

There are wars every minute of every day. They can be inner wars, wars between lovers, friends, or family, or larger scale, like wars between countries. It does not matter the scale, we have all participated in several in one way or another. However, I do believe that Wayne Booth is correct in his statement that "the only real alternative to war is rhetoric." Rhetoric, by definition, is the art of persuasive speaking. Perhaps rhetoric is a war itself. Persuasion is unavoidable, and is a much more peaceful alternative to an unethical battle, however, they have remarkable similarities. Both have a winning side and a losing side, and both are sparked by a disagreement between two points of view.

Paid or volunteer work? P-Paid
Example: Uhh, not sure I have examples... Can I type random **** and be like: "This is my example - it's great. I think you should hire me rIGHT NOW."
Joke, but it'd be cool to help out. I think of myself as good at grammar and spelling (imagine if I spelt 'spelling' wrong right there, hahaha lmao) so maybe you'd let me join... If you've got enough people already...that's fine aha

Example? Despite the plummeting sales of the Wii U, Nintendo still seems to have confidence due to the announcement of their sophisticated video game console; the portable 'Nintendo NX' has captivating features to offer. Accompanied with detachable controllers, it is speculated that this contemporary system will be the console which kids will eagerly anticipate.

This sounds cool. Can't wait to see how this turns out, but I have one question.

How will you update the news letter? will you edit the first post? or make a new one?

Paid or volunteer work? Paid if possible. I don't want/need a high salary.
Example? I have great grammar, if that doesn't come across as boasting. I often edit stories written by people online, mainly on Quotev. I will edit sentence structure when needed, also improving the stories almost to the point of exaggeration.
I love the idea of this:). I would be super pumped to have a job.
