Bell System

I can't access the Bell System it just says "Loading, please wait" even when the page has fully loaded. Also the "TBT Marketplace" is set to 'read only'

So I'm guessing something happened whilst I was away? Explain?

There's no use for it except for name changes.
There were other plans, but I guess that fell through.

I already asked a mod/admin what the dillio was and if I could request a name change regardless and all I got was a crappy t-shirt.

And by that I mean they said no, wait till they fix it but put in a request anyway if you want a name change and if you're lucky you'll get it.
