Buying Beginners Set?

So some of you guys might be confused with what i am talking about. Basically, i restarted my town and I need stuff to Start of with as a beginner again. So what Is going to happen is you will give me a list (Yes A List, please put it in a bullet form for east ready) of what will be in your set your willing to sell me. You can choose the price of this set as i do have like 600btb i do believe. Now just because i have that much btb doesn't mean you should just say "all your btb" It needs to be a fair and reasonable price aswell. I will choose a set whenever i feel like a Set Is good enough to buy. If you have any question go ahead and post and you may now start Putting down your Set!!!

sorry, i guess i should have explained it better.

what this is, is a starting set for me so, like i saw a giveaway a long time ago where it was a starter set give away and it had silver tools, flowers, trees and bushes.

500k IGB to help you get started on your house
5 "breeding pairs" to help you get started on hybrids
4 various hybrids you can choose if i have them, like black roses, pink cosmos, pink tulips, etc.
is 50 tbt okay? if it's too much we can negotiate, also it would take a day or two to get everything~

Can we do kinda of a mix kinda thing? someone Pmed me their other and i also like their offer. I dont really need the tools (person is giving me golden ones) Fruit, (again other Person) and Saplings. Also i dont really need 5mill IGB xD maybe if you just did 1Mill? what would your price be if we got rid of those? (That Gift Is Super Nice!)
