My Beau has a starter house - i really wish that he had his real home. He had the stupid pear bed and wardrobe which wasn't the most stylish. I personally really like both original interiors I have Erik also I like the winter theme its quite refreshing change to some of the other more boring villager houses.

I would probably take their starter houses tbh. If I ever accidentally lose my og jock Buck there is no way I’m trying to get him back. Not after seeing what his “real house” looks like.

I think I prefer Beau's original house to Erik's as not a fan of winter themed furniture items. Also, I think some villagers (e.g. Hornsby) benefit from the starter lazy house but not these two!

I love the vibe of Beau's house + think it perfectly fits him, and I like that Erik has a unique house with the frozen furniture and it definitely fits him buut equally i would LOVE to see him have more of a log cabin since i think it fits his exterior better and just looks so cosy
Ooooh that's why my Erik does have a cabin house instead of the snowy theme. Well after all I'm glad he does because it really fits him so perfectly! Especcialy since the ground is dirt and he always talks about the bugs at home. Even gave him the termite mound and fake bugs just to give it a little more realism when he talks about all the bugs haha. It would be strange when he does that with a snow themed house since there are almost no bugs in the snow.
