So Beau just ping me today asking to leave to a new town. Since he is under tier 1, I decided to have an auction for him. His is in mint condition, which means his outfit, catch-phrase, and furniture are all original. He wants to leave in 6 days, but I'm going to make this auction 3 days long.

End date: 2/9/2014 8 p.m. PST
Start Bid: 600k
Minimum increaments: 200k
Buyout: Rosie or 30 mill (I'm setting the bell buy out higher because I mostly want Rosie)
