No he?s not popular, I had him for a long time, but finally got rid of him 2 days ago.
He was the first one to move into my town xD

Beardo is the best, I don't know what you guys are talking about. A friend of mine has him, and sometimes I visit just to talk to him. Okay, seriously, he's not that popular, and definitely pretty creepy. But my friend does actually have him, and he is hilarious to talk to. All in all, I wouldn't want him in my town as anything more than a camper.

I see Beardo as more of a curse than anything. He lived in my friends town for a week before eventually moving out. The next day, me and 2 other friends ALL got Beardo and stayed in our towns the longest anybody's been. Seriously, we never talked to him but he just wouldn't leave. Eventually we did all get him out, but then he just made his way to other friends towns. It's gotten to the point where I made a pattern like this for all of us cursed with the creepy as hell neighbor.

Whoever is cursed with a creature as vile as him, I wish you luck.

i believe that villagers should not be judged by their appearance.

Haha! I have Beardo and I think he's a nice bear. I don't see why some say he's creepy? I've found him to be a fun character to have around my town. His character design and home remind me of Arthur Conan Doyle's John Watson.

I like him too. I find the whole "this villager is ugly, so I hate him" to be kind of reminiscent of the worst parts of high school. :/

As I've said, I like all of the animals because they are special in their own ways. That said...Beardo is the only one to give me his picture so far, and he was not one of my originals (although he was first to move in after the town started). I am hoping he will tell me he is ready to move though, because now that I have his picture, I am ready to make way for someone new.
