Bath House Ideas?

I'm looking to make one of my rooms into a spa/bath kind of room and I know there's sets for it, but I wanna add more things in like magazine racks and the like, so I'd like to see some of your ideas for inspiration.

Lots of greenery! Some items outside the spa set you could use: massage chair, mermaid statue, mannekin pis, the merlion thingy, Redd's art, tea set, columns, etc.

I made a spa bathroom in my mayors basement in my main town . I used some parts of the mermaid set including two screens to section of the toilet area, a whirlpool bath and a spa bath (forget it's catalogue name) customised to marble. I also used some parts of the zodiac set like the cancer tables and items like the incense burner, customised little mermaid stained glass windows, mermaid statues and the towel from April fools day. I used things like the pink lamps from the mermaid set and a customised stained glass lamp to add mood lighting and a shell music box. I have a spa room. On mine I used some minimalist items, plants (weeping fig/hibiscus), lotus lamps, mannequin wearing flippers, cucumber pack, headband and bathrobe, bath mat, customized bathtub, etc. oh oh oh but don't go on copying though ~_~

I have a bathroom, spa and massage area in my museum. Used 4 mermaid screen to divide the areas. The bathroom is private.
Front of the door I have a mermaid sofa and tissues on the mermaid table. It's the waiting room. Door is on the left. Put a screen on the right side of the door and that where the massage room is. Put a mermaid chair and small magazine stand along the screen. Mannequin is dressed in headband/ Bathrobe and facial mask. Added a minimalist bed for the massage table along the wall in the front corner right wall.
Screen is behind the waiting room and the bathroom is there. Sink,toilet and mermaid table with 2 towels from April Fools Day.
Added another screen to hide the bathroom. The top right area has the large square bathtub, shower, bathmats and a washbasin(Spa) as a screen for the massage area. Put a shower cap on one of the mermaid tables.

Used the bath house wall and floor from Saharah. The villagers have been asking where the bathroom was in town. It took a lot of island hopping to get the screens,tables and chairs.

I used to have a spa for a museum exhibit, I think most of the things I did have been suggested already;bathrobe, massage chair, incense, custom marble baths. Did anyone suggest relaxing music? I used K.K. Soul but anything calm works well.

I like Lily's spa room.

I used to have one myself. Minimalist goes very well with it - i.e. use the bed as massage table. Personally I love using marble-like colors combined with for example merlions and beautiful statues, maybe put some stone pillars in there to create a Roman/Greek atmosphere.

I also love to hide a player with Stale Cupcakes in there somewhere.
