Do either of you know if I plant a perfect apple, will it be a regular apple tree in my town? My fruit is pears~

Unfortunately, you can't grow perfect apples in your town. Just pears if that's your native fruit. If not, they'll just wilt.
Did you just want a basket of nine apples, or would you like more since you can't grow them?
