Ban the person above you for a random reason.

EXAMPLE
Person 1: Starts the thread
Person 2: ^ Banned for starting a thread
Person 3: ^ Banned for banning people
Person 4: ^ Banned for having a strange username
Person 2: ^ Banned for having a cool profile picture
