Yes, but they are mistaken. If you look in the Bell Tree Forums Index, you will see Villager Trading Plaza. That's where you sell Villagers.

Your right. Look in re-tail rules and TBT marketplace rules. But you still can't buy villagers here
Any thread that is posted in the Villager Trading Plaza that is selling a villager for TBT bells is moved to this forum by the mods.
If selling villagers here for TBT was not allowed they would simply close the thread, not move it.
However, buying is the same as "looking" which is prohibited, but I don't see how that has anything to do with selling a Villager for TBT in the proper forum.
