However it has been proven that he comes on on cloudy days aswell

Yea he only comes in sunny nice days.
Its weird when I first got the ame he would come everyday but the day after I got one of all the items he hasnt come back since and even on day when the weather is perfect, im not sure why...
Yeah he shows up randomly. One time he came for like, 4 days in a row. It was awesome. =3
its not very common for him to come in the winter cuz its usually cloudy
