Baffled by the New Update

Sorry if this has been posted but any answers would be much appreciated!!!

Could someone please give me a list or pictures of the new villagers? (I'm dying to see who's available and have searched google and found nothing ) I don't think I understand the update...

I love the campsite and the meow coupons are cute... but I don't know what much else is available?

Can you theoretically have K.K. Slider be a villager in your town? Or Celeste? I keep seeing things about a 'wolf link' can nintendo characters move into your town? Is it through 'Wisp'? If it's through Wisp are they permanent villagers???

When characters are in the R.V. can you invite them to live in your town??? I've seen people on here talking about how you can invite a camper to move in and force out an existing villager??? I don't understand how that works.

I'm not one to scour QR codes for the perfect path or plot reset... but I do want to take advantage of the new update and have no idea what to do with it.

NPCs will only come to the campsite and you'll talk to them in their RV. W. Link is using a LINK amiibo with Wisp.
Once your town has 10 villagers Wisp will tell you there's a little problem but he can fix it by moving out a villager. He'll tell you who he has in mind, you can say yes, change the villager, or no.

thank you!! so anyone in the RV cannot move in? AND K.K. Slider (aka a npc) cannot become my villager? thank you, I've been going crazy not knowing what's going on. Your comment was super helpful and informative!!!
